Two days after the opening of IAMLAKEWORTH

This was the scene Friday night at HATCH1121 for the opening of IAMLAKEWORTH.  It was a magical night filled with great music provided by the Jazz on J Street Trio and a great selection of beer from Mathews Brewing Co.  It was magical to see so many friends and Lake Worthians out to support my IAMLAKEWORTH project.  This project belongs to all of us now and was able to shine a great big old spotlight on the wonderful people I get to call my friends and neighbors.  The project is by no means over.  The show is up until 7/24 and we are moving into the Artists having coffee at the gallery interview series.  Here is the schedule for the three interview series being sponsored by Common Grounds coffee and hosted right here at Hatch1121.

Wed 7/11 7-8pm I sit down with Jerris 'Quick the Poet' Evans for a wide ranging conversation on life with some of Quick's amazing floetry thrown in.

You won't want to miss this.  Jerris' story is inspirational and he is a many of many talents.

Thursday 7/12 7-8 pm the tables get turned and Blanche Williams (Founder and host of Jazz on J Street) will be interviewing me and

some of my Lake Worth photography friends to chat about Whatever Blanche throws at us.

Tuesday 7/17 7-8 pm I will be interviewing Jen Jovan Walls who is a painter I met when we were both in a show at Clay Glass Metal and Stone

Gallery.  Jen's mixed media paintings have a wonderful spirit and playfulness.

Artists will really want make sure they meet Jen she is a wiz at marketing her art and selling it.

#IAMLAKEWORTH and so are you!
