Waiting in the Baltimore Airport
Sunday was a long day in airports. Our flight out of Rochester was delayed due to the plane getting a late start from wherever it originated from. This caused an 8 hour delay in Baltimore. I had a chance to wander around and take some shots with my cell phone of people waiting for their flights. I will work on these as digital paintings and post them here and there. My plan for the week is to pick one of the barn photos I took last week in Upstate NY and present it as a photo, a digital painting a watercolor and lastly an acrylic painting. I'll post progress as I go along and describe some of my thought process in selecting and working on the images.
I hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving and is ready for the all out assault on our senses That is Christmas here in the US. We are still getting used to Florida style Christmas done in shorts and flip flops. Having spent 50 years in the northeast we are still strangers in a strange land. We are going to the tree lighting this Friday and look forward to the intergallacticly (spelling) themed holiday parade in a couple of weeks.
